Default losing weight by walking

Walking to lose weight is the best way to get in shape and stay health. However, most people get it all wrong and it never helps them lose any fat. It is the wrong meaning. All you have to do is to walk at a brisk pace, to stop making reasons not to walk and to be consistent. As a result you will get the very attractive body

Walking is indeed a good exercise to loose weight. But I think one should consider the risk of not-doing it correctly. You need to do stretching first before you start any activity especially when you want to walk. Normal pace is advisable before doing it briskly. After a couple of hours, you need to do stretching again to normalize your oxygen intake and your legs' muscle function.

Walking is most effective in promoting weight loss. If you do not plan to change your diet, walking may still allow one to lose weight. Walking alone may still provide some weight loss benefits, particularly if your calorie consumption is not overly high to begin with. If you add calories to your diet because you are walking, you may not see weight loss benefits.

Walking is not only a good workout for your stored fats but it is much helpful in a healthy body. It helps in keeping your heart healthy, throwing toxin out of your body, maintaining insulin levels for diabetic and maintaining a healthy GI.

But then again the question would be, how many miles would you have to run then if you want to burn specific number of calories. If people wouldn't change their diet, I don't think that walking or any kind of exercise is going to be enough to give weight loss. exercise and right and healthy eating should come side by side.

You are right. I read that before on Readers Digest's magazine that walking is good to our heart. So let's make a short walk outside. Anyone?
