Walking is very necessary exercise, everybody must walk at least 1 or 1/2 hour a day.

Default liposuction flanks

well it's good to have an extensive walk and jogging for effective weight loss but what if somebody is not able to jog or even do a long walk? The simple, easy and instant solution to such a case is to go under a knife and have a liposuction flanks surgery performed at buttocks, abdomen, chin, upper arms, hips, knees, thighs, neck and cheeks. Why it is preferred for such people only because the stubborn fats can’t be easily dissolved without having extreme workouts and that’s not possible for them. Walk in the morning gives the freshness and keeps active. Daily walk reduces more weight in a month and protect you from many diseases. It's a small part of exercise which can give more benefit for your health.

Liposuction can be your option but it wouldn't be cheap. If you still have time and discipline, you can do it without having to spend soo much with exercise and proper diet. I still wouldn't advise any weight loss pills or medicine (or supplements) as I still think that eating right and proper exercise are still the best factors in loosing weight. I have to say that for drinking a lot of beer, I have had my waistline up to 36, now, after some good meal plans and frequent exercise, it is back down to 32. Running will the best for weight loss but of course it has to be accompanied by responsible and proper diet. If you still eat too much after those exercise routines, chances are it would take you a very long time to cut down on weight. Liposuction can be a fast shortcut in trimming off some fats off your body but it's not like a tooth surgery that everyone can take easily. those treatments are NOT that cheap. So, for those who don't want to pay that much for this treatment, stick to a nice diet and a healthy lifestyle with exercise and you will get to that weight and body figure you desire

Yes, walking is the best exercise, which every individual can do by sparing a little time from their busy schedule,...........it is very effective in losing weight but it is a long term procedure and results happens slowly........... fat grafting
