Everytime I drink I throw up the next morning for hours. This began 3 years ago and happens with hard liquor, beer, and wine. I can have two drinks or ten drinks and it will still happen. Has this happened to anyone? A friend said to try zantac. I am a 23/female. Thanks for any advice.

It's a possibility you are allergic to something. A friend of mine cannot drink even one sip of beer, Yet he can down 3 Jack Daniels on the rocks with no problem. Someone told him a lot of people can't tolerate the yeast, hops or barley in some beers.

Drink lots of water before your go to sleep and take some aspirin. Eat some fast food or something like a cup of noodles before you wake up the next morning so the noodles can soak up all that alcohol.

3 years? STOP DRINKING! Duh, your body is trying to tell you something. Listen to it.

If you throw up a lot, I think you should limit your intake of alcoholic beverages. It might cause other health problems for you.

Drink ice water or another electrolyte liquid such as Gatorade, or suck on small amounts of ice. Eating bananas the morning after also provides energy.
