Default Impact of smoking

Cigarette smoke contains over 2,000 chemicals (after the combustion of the ingredients in cigarettes)–some of which are known to be dangerous to a developing baby, and many others may have consequences that we are just unsure of. It is estimated that if all women stopped smoking during pregnancy that there would be an 11% drop in stillbirths and a 5% reduction in the death of newborns with conditions that were related to their mother’s cigarette use.

Default Impact of smoking

Smoking harms not only the smoker but the people around him who inherit this dangerous chemical. Smoking is a practice in which a substance commonly tobacco is inhaled and burned, it is injures the active smoker rather more dangerous to the passive smoker.

And not only is second-hand smoking harmful, but third-hand smoking too. Third-hand smoking is when you inhale whatever sticks to a smoker's clothes, hair, etc.

Smoking not only harms the smoker but those around him who will inherit these dangerous chemicals. Substance that is inhaled tobacco smoke and burning usually is an exercise, not smoking, rather than the later seriously affects the passive smoker.

Smoking can lead to erectile dysfunction. Chemicals in cigarette smoke cause blood vessels to constrict, limiting blood flow to the penis. It also causes plaque to build up in blood vessels which may lead to a consistent problem. So, the younger you start and the more you smoke, the greater your risk of ED becomes. Men who smoke more than 20 cigarettes daily have a 60% higher risk of erectile dysfunction, compared to men who never smoked.

Yes, smoking does
1. Harm your health
2. Affect the level of fitness you can achieve
3. Harm other people around you
4. Harm your unborn child
5. Make your breath, clothes, hair, house stink
6. Give you yellow teeth, wrinkles and generally dehydrated bad skin (it ages you -for all of those as vain as me)
7. Cost a fortune

As an ex-smoker I have to say I used to wake up every day feeling hideous with a blocked nose, phlegmy chest and raspy throat - it was vile!
